  • Bachelor's degree,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment and Partnership,
  • Retail Industry experience,
  • Good English skills, both oral and written,
  • Strong capability to report and analyze data,
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-growing and result-oriented organizations,
  • Strong communication and representation skills,
  • Proactive, open to development and change,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
  • The coaching certificate is a plus

Job Description

  • Ensuring the execution of talent acquisition projects,
  • Conducting recruitment of head office and store vacant positions in line with recruitment requests,
  • Effective use, end-to-end implementation and improvement of assessment and evaluation instruments required in the recruitment process,
  • Conducting exit interviews, notifying the relevant personnel and completing the exit procedures,
  • Provide effective communication and interaction with the employees of the department to increase commitment and motivation,
  • Pursuit of the assessment reports of the employees of the department
  • Taking an active role in Assessment Center processes,
  • Providing employee - manager interim assessment interview.
  • To determine the talent acquisition, manager and employee relations processes of the relevant departments by keeping in constant communication with the managers and employees of the departments they are responsible for.
  • Preparing reports and statistics on Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Human Resources data,
  • Taking active part in projects (domestic / international) carried out for the purpose of disseminating HR processes and policies,
  • Directing the internal customer for the most accurate solution and making business partnerships according to their demands and feedback,
  • To take an active role in increasing and improving the efficiency of human resources processes and system development.
