Qualifications
· You have a BA/BS degree in relevant fields,
· You ideally have min 7 years of experiencein recruitment processes (experience in recruitment agency companies will be an asset)
· You’re comfortable in both written & spoken English at a professional level
· Excellent communication and reporting skills,
· Excellent MS Office Skills, You have excellent stakeholder management experience and impact & influence skills
· You followcustomer needs and you maintain a high service quality
· You have advanced problem solving and analytical skills
· Result oriented, well organized and able to meet project deadlines
· Quick learner with a practical mindset
· Mature and confident approach to work with colleagues from all levels within the organization
· Independent worker who can prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
What Will You Achieve?
· Executing an efficient and proactive sourcing plan to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates for relevant functions and accounts,
· Handling all recruitment activities for related vacancies (creating the candidate pool, conducting competency-based interviews, reference checking, feedback and reporting)
· Maintaining a good relationship with line managers in order to fill the vacancy with the right candidate in a timely manner,
· Working in close collaboration with HR Business Partners,
· Keeping the relevant databases and systems up to date, and producing ad hoc reports as needed,
· Conducting new hire orientations and onboarding programs for both HQ and operation roles,
· Following up all changes & developments in F&B & Tourism & Retail industry and convert them to new development opportunities for the company.
