QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for "Human Resources Executive" who will manage recruitment, training, performance management, internal communication, payroll, occupational health and safety, administrative affairs processes.
- Bachelor’s degree, master degree is a plus,
- Min. 8 years of experience,
- Good knowledge of labor law,
- Ability to work on multiple projects and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities,
- Flexible, quick thinker and agile learning,
- Ability to multi-task and manage different HR processes,
- A strong team player with strong analytical and communication skills,
- SAP HR module knowledge,
- Fluency in English,
- Provide internal guidance on a broad range of HR topics and manage the entire employee life cycle, including talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee communications, and personal development for employees,
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, selecting recruitment methods, advertising roles, screening CV's, conducting interviews, offer management and feedback ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding,
- Leverage social media channels to build brand awareness and drive talent engagement and interest,
- Execute employer branding and internal communication strategy,
- Assess, propose and develop employee engagement initiatives and programs that will encourage employee engagement to sustain positive employee morale,
- Execute performance appraisal process,
- Manage payroll process according to labor law
- Manage all aspects of reporting, analytics and metrics as required,
