QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements

  • University degree in related fields,
  • 10+ years proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Agency experience is a plus,
  • Strong background in workforce planning and analytics,
  • Experience working for a technology or high growth company is a plus,
  • Manage all data in ATS (we're using Zoho Recruit), advanced experience in social media and recruiting sourcing tools required (LinkedIn Recruiter),
  • Knowledge of labor legislation,
  • Experience with interviews, candidate screening and evaluation,
  • Experienced in assessment tools used in recruitment activities,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Appreciation and understanding of teamwork,
  • Strong decision-making skills,
  • Ability to adapt to intensive work pace,
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must,
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Programs.

Job Description

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Take part in recruitment system development/improvement projects.
  • Managing and developing human resources activities including recruitment, Turkish Employment Agency (İşkur) management, motivation, career planning in accordance with company's policies and strategies.
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Coordinating onboarding and orientation program for new comers to ensure new comer adaptation & engagement.
  • Determining and investigating all recruitment tools such as personality inventories, ability tests, language tests etc.
  • Proactively develop candidate pipelines using varied sourcing techniques (e.g. direct sourcing, data mining, search engines, networking, employee referrals, etc.) to drive active and passive candidate flows.
  • Identify and maintain partnerships with key universities, organizations and external partners to establish and expand talent pipelines.
  • Creating ad hoc reports on recruitment KPIs.
  • Working on yearly budget plans and managing the budget.
