QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist for our İstanbul Head Office. Ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's Degree from reputable universities, preferably from Industrial or Management Engineering,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in all HR functions especially in recruitment,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and preferably SAP HR tool,
- Preferably experience in construction sector,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Advanced planning and organizational skills,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- Executing the recruitment process of company,
- Providing regularly recruitment process reports,
- Develop ad-hoc sourcing strategies based on current market knowledge, extensive network and existing internal programs,
- Leads orientation and th
- Utilize sourcing channels such as: Direct sourcing, Employee Referrals, Social networks, Job Boards, etc.,
- e onboarding process by creating new hire onboarding schedules,
- Consulting employees about HR related topics to solve problems when it is necessary,
- Ensuring policies & procedures are tracked and applied,
- Support all HR functions.
