We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team with the following qualifications :

- Ensuring all recruitment and selection activities for the business units, e.g.; job posting, candidate search, interview organizations, interviewing, etc
- Being responsible for orientation and the onboarding process of the new hires
- Using a combination of recruiting techniques and multiple sources, network, Linkedin and other recruitment tools to evaluate and hire top tier talent
- Assisting with development and implementation of human resources projects; e.g.; performance management, talent management
- Preparing related reports and analyzing HR

- Work closely with leaders to analyse, anticipate and outline present and future organisational capabilities,

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree

- 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources ( min 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle )

- Proficient in MS Office applications,
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, and results-oriented environment,

- Fluent in English,

- Excellent communication skills,

- Strong result-oriented and result oriented,

- ?Develop effective relationships with internal customers.
