QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduated with a bachelor’s/master’s degree from related departments of universities,
· More than 3 years of experience in Human Resources processes,
· Fluency in written and spoken English,
· Proficient knowledge of Ms Office applications and data management skills,
· Strong analytical thinking skills with focus in details,
· Effective communication, interpersonal and coordination skills,
· Problem solving skills to be able to work in a multi-task environment,
· A good team player and self-disciplined.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Take an active role in all stages of recruitment process,
· Supporting for HR digitalization,
· Reviewing and revising related HR procedures; work with all departments to execute HR processes,
· Develop new HR projects based on organizational structuring, talent and career management processes,
· Plan and organize various levels of training for new and existing employees,
· Serve as member of HR team to provide excellent customer service; back up other team members as needed,
· Following up Turkish Labor Law and other related legal regulations about HR issues,
· Follow up of personal files,
· Supporting processes of other HR functions.
