GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduated from the Psychology, Business, Engineering departments of universities
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the design and implementation of Human Resources functions - Competency Based Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Development Management, Remuneration, Career Planning - systems
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources in the IT sector
• Having a command of market dynamics and active recruitment experience in the IT field
• Well-versed in legal regulations like Labor Law No. 4857, Social Security Institution Legislation, Occupational Health and Safety Legislation etc.
• Able to use MS Office programs very well
• Developed analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills
• Competent in reporting processes
• Advanced presentation and representation skills
• Able to adapt to intense working tempo
• Has the ability to make quick decisions
• Successful in relationship management
• Advanced level of English knowledge (understanding, writing, speaking)
• Able to use MS Office applications effectively
JOB DESCRIPTION
•To ensure the effective implementation and execution of processes related to Competency-based Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Development Management, Remuneration, Career Planning, Personnel Affairs
•To work to measure and increase employee satisfaction
•To monitor and report the effectiveness of all HR processes and offer improvement suggestions regarding these processes, in coordination with the Holding Central Human Resources, of the relevant company
•Ability to search for positions in need when necessary
