Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative, Social Sciences or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in core HR Processes and Recruitment (experience in IT sector is an additional asset)
Effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Good problem-solving capabilities, and analytical skills
Excellent team player
Fluent in written and spoken English
JOB DESCRIPTION
Establish business partnerships on behalf of the human resources functions throughout the company
Being the first point of contact for employees for all of HR activities (from the recruitment process, talent acquisition, organizational development, employer branding, orientation process, performance management, exit process, and reporting, etc.)
Perform recruitment and selection process, onboarding, and induction of all new hires
Build strong professional relationships and work with business units proactively to deliver value-added HR services
Leading or contributing to HR-related projects
Contributing to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures in line with corporate values
Preparation of periodical HR reports, presentations and propose actions for the improvement
