We are looking for new member for our People & Culture team as Employee Experience Design, Execution and Solution Partner! (Hybrid working)

As Enerjisa Üretim, we manage a large portfolio in 2 main business lines consisting of electricity generation and trade. We carry out these activities, which have different dynamics and create value in an integrated manner, based on an efficient and flexible portfolio strategy, with a focus on operational excellence; We aim to create value for our partners, customers, employees, suppliers and society by utilizing opportunities in the sector. Also, we make significant contributions to sustainability with efficient and environmentally friendly power plants, carbon reduction through renewable energy-based generation, technology and efficiency-oriented investments, operations and social projects. We are located all over Turkey with our 21 different power plants.

What is expected of this Role?

· Executes compensation & benefits (salary policy, bonus schemes, flexible benefits etc.)

· Prepares personnel budget

· Prepares HR dashboard and adhoc reports

· Makes job evaluation of new positions

· Supports organization development studies

· Supports performance management process

· Supports recognition tools


What are the qualifications for this role?

· Bachelor’s degree (preferably on Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, HR, Industrial Relations, Industrial / Management Engineering)

· 2-3 years of professional experience in at least 3 of the fields below:

o Performance Management

  • Job Evaluation
  • Compensation & Benefits / Total Reward Strategies
  • Bonus Schemes
  • HR Metrics & Reporting
  • Personnel Budget

· Knowledge of job evaluation methodology (preferably Hay Group)

· Experience in the use of HR software (SAP, Oracle, Hrweb etc.) and preferably on HR Analytics

· Proficiency in the use of MS Office programs, especially Excel

· Upper intermediate level of English
