In line with our fast-growth, we are currently seeking a new member for our Human Resources team:

Job Description:

  • Reporting directly to the HR Manager, will be a key member of the HR team responsible for strategic HR projects together with daily human resources processes

  • Assume responsibility in talent and performance management projects to ensure higher employee engagement

  • Take leadership for senior and middle management talent acquisition, recruitment, bootcamp as well new graduate recruitment efforts

  • Ensure best-practice in HR through the utilization of modern tools, systems as well as digital resources

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5-6 years experience gained within a dynamic, fast-paced and technology driven company

  • HR Generalist experience preferably in talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management, organisational development and/or compensation & benefits functions

  • Ambitious, analytical and hard working to be able to work closely with software development and R&D teams

  • Strong communicator and problem- solver with a can-do-attitude, high energy and self-discipline

  • Collaborative team worker who is able to understand business priorities as well as employee needs to support the establishment of effective HR systems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in Turkish and English)

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, HRIS and talent management systems
