TELUS International is looking for a HR Generalist to develop HR processes and to lead projects around employee engagement, in line with company purpose, culture, and values in Istanbul, Turkey.

Your responsibilities:

Based on data analysis and metrics, HR Generalist makes recommendations for policies and activities to attract and recruit qualified candidates, motivate and retain employees, address personnel issues, and improve organizational culture
Keeps in touch with vendors providing benefits and other motivational and retention services for company team-members
Execute annual employee headcount and cost budget and yearly Compensation and Benefit review process
Managing salary increases and benchmarking, reward management, job evaluation, performance management, compensation and benefits processes
To bring best practices according to business needs
Coordinates, organizes, and conducts onboarding meetings for company team members

Our requirements:

Proven experience as HR in motivating, retaining, and engaging employees
Min 1 year experience in Compensation and Benefits related tasks
Proficient command of English
Very well developed skills for time management
Understanding of job analysis, market pricing, and total rewards
Familiarity with labor legislation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
