Competency Set:

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Functions such as recruitment, training & development, performance management.

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

  • Team player, with strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and open to exploring new trends and learning.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job description:

  • Assist and participate in HR programs such as recruitment, training & development,organizational design, recruitment.

  • Assist the recruitment and selection process, onboarding and induction of all new hires

  • Asist related training and development projects.

  • Support to develop diverse sources and tools for effective recruitment.

  • Partner with HRBPs in preparing training materials, scheduling training events, tracking employee feedback and participation.

  • Develop training procedure manuals, guides, content and course materials, maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.

  • Participate in related training and development projects.

  • Provide support to all other HR related projects.
