Communicate with the departments heads to identify future job openings, forecast hiring needs and the requirements for all departments.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Support in developing diverse source and tools for effective recruitment.
Proactively source candidates through a variety of search methods (job postings, referrals, personal networks, social media, etc.) with a sense of urgency to meet our hiring targets.
Manage the candidates' orientation process.
Build a good understanding of the local Talent market.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent,
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment position.
Ability to work in multicultural working environment.
