QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with the departments heads to identify future job openings, forecast hiring needs and the requirements for all departments.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Support in developing diverse source and tools for effective recruitment.
  • Proactively source candidates through a variety of search methods (job postings, referrals, personal networks, social media, etc.) with a sense of urgency to meet our hiring targets.
  • Manage the candidates' orientation process.
  • Build a good understanding of the local Talent market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment position.
  • Ability to work in multicultural working environment.
  • Responsibility, self-organization, management skills.
  • Having strong communication and human relations skills.
  • Result-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills and high reporting skills.
