Job Description

  • Understand the strategy of the sales department, provide professional Human Resources advice, plan and participate in the implementation of the strategy of the sales department,
  • Provide professional support for organization and talent development, conduct regular talent inventory, and implement effective human resource solutions for the sales department in terms of recruitment, training, KPI setting, salary structure, company culture and employee relationship,
  • Inherit the company culture, build communication channels, and ensure the sustainable and healthy growth of the organization,
  • Promote changes in sales department at the company level, improve the system, process and improve the efficiency of human resources operations,


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields,
  • More than 2 years of relevant work experience at HRBP position,
  • Smart phone sector or fast-moving sector experience is a plus,
  • Good at communication, with excellent organization and coordination ability and analysis and judgment ability,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
