As we continue to develop Consumer Products Services activities, we are delighted to offer a unique opportunity to join our organisation as Senior Human Resources Business Partner. The position is located within our Istanbul, Bağcılar office in Turkey.

Job Mission:

  • To partner with operational managers and Shared Service HR Colleagues to deliver an HR Service in line with the needs and priorities of the operating group,
  • To oversee the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives as the key interface between regional HR and the operations in Turkey,
  • Translate business requirements into effective HR practices, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives,
  • Work at an operational level with multiple stakeholders,
  • Deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues,
  • Support, develop and coach people managers to manage employee relations issues using company policies, procedures and best practices, ideally resolving issues where possible informally,
  • Support, develop and coach HR administrators and HR team with their personal or professional development, ensuring that they are appropriately involved in operational issues and project work as appropriate,
  • Support, develop and coach local people managers in relation to their approach and consideration of people issues, ensuring that they understand the impact of these on the individual and the business,
  • Support the management/line managers with the salary review process,
  • Work with Line Managers to agree on how to distribute salary budget,
  • To work with the regional management to identify the issues which need to be considered and factored into strategy,
  • Advice managers on the use of company tools (SAP Success Factors and such)

Functional Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience of working as an HR professional with at least 2 years working with a leadership level on a consultative and partnering basis,
  • Experience in advising managers on a range of people matters (e.g. discipline, grievance, performance management, sickness absence, recruitment etc.)
  • Experience in working with middle/senior managers,
  • Experience in implementing new initiatives and rolling out new ways of working,
  • Experience in using a recognised HR Software/Database System,
  • Excellent command of English both verbal and written.
