QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


5+ years of HR experience and must have C&B expertise.
Ability to implement a compensation strategy and programs that attract, motivate and retain employees, and drive desired business outcomes without fostering undue risk
Experience/Knowledge of core TR Processes required to apply COE intervention
Interpersonal skills - able to build credible relationships within HR Function and with Senior Leaders
Ability to consult and contract on work activity with CoE/HRBP/ Leader and Direct Reports
Project management capability
Demonstrates a broad perspective when solving problems and making decisions
Operates effectively in matrix relationships across organizational boundaries
Ensures that systems, processes and practices reinforce the PepsiCo Values




  • Executes compensation and benefits programs and projects, including salary administration, relocation policies and payroll incentive plans (cash and equity), compliance with local laws, resolution of day to day issues and continuous improvements to systems and processes
  • Implements tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness in compensation processes that are globally and locally relevant and manages applicable vendors.
  • Execute Focal point process via relevant tools, connect with stakeholders and implement merit increases within budget alignment.
  • Participates in and analyzes industry and market compensation surveys and research to ensure market competitiveness, set salary ranges and benchmark compensation practices
  • Assesses the impact of changing requirements in competitive environments on the compensation and benefits plans and participants, and makes recommendations to CoE to improve processes or programs
  • Operates the guidance of appropriate salary recommendations for new hires and promotions.
  • Governs Flexible Benefits Program in line with policies. Communicates program design to HRMs and employees in webinars, facilitates the process through stakeholders.
