Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or similar field
- 2+ years of work experience, ideally with recruitment experience
- Experience with online sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub
- Experience with using online recruitment portals
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy and have strong cultural adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full life-cycle recruiting processes.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Screen and filter job applications and make phone interviews with candidates.
- Finding passive candidates through proactive searching and networking.
- Closely work with Technic Teams and understand technic requirement.
- Established effective communication and relationship-building with candidates.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
