QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist with the following qualifications to be assigned to the Human Resources Department of our company, to be responsible for the recruitment of the Administrative Staff and to assist in the execution of other human resources functions.

• University degree (Preferably in Human Resource, Labor Economic, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources processes,
• Experienced in recruitment, selection and placement processes
• Knowledge of Labor Law
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Effective communication and representation skills
• Ability to find solutions to problems
• High proficiency in English

Job Description

• Manages end-to-end recruitment process
• Making necessary analyzes and reports within the scope of recruitment activities
• Supporting the Disciplinary Process
• Supporting the the Career Management Process
