We are looking for Human Resources Specialist with the following qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Strong communication skills,
- Knowledge of MS Office,
- Residing/will reside in İstanbul European side
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing learning & development processes,
- Taking active resposibilities in Recruitment Processes,
- Giving support with performance management,
- Supporting employees about HR practices, processes and systems,
- Preparing reports and presantations (in English or Turkish) requested by the management,
- Managing employee engagement activities,
- Assisting with day to day operations of all HR functions
