We are looking for “HR Specialist” in our global company operating in Technology sector. Our new colleague should have the following Qualifications and experiences:
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible forEmployeeRelations activities for country employee life cycle (new hires, changes, terminations)
HR Policies & Procedures -ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
Performance Management - assist managers and employees on Performance Reviews
HR Reporting – ensure HR system accuracy, provide HR analytics.
HR Projects: act as consultants for the introduction ofnew HR programs; support the HRBPs and HR CoEs with implementation of HR programs at country level.
Responsible for human resource consulting to managers and employees
Represent the company externally with Labor Authorities (depending on complexity).
Following up legal legislation in İSG,SGK and labor court issues
Managing payroll duties in cooperating with Payroll provider company
HR annual, monthly reports hand over on time
Responsible for business ethics, investigations, local labor legislation, support with Work Councils, Court cases
Qualifications:
Graduation in specialized field (Example: Bachelor of HR Management etc.)or equivalent experience
Fluency in English both written&speaking
Has considerable HR experience and is subject matter expert (min 5 years experience in same role or min 3 years experience in HRBP role)
Experienced in managing people and leading teams/virtual teams
Strong with local labor legislation and union/work councils legal framework
Resilient under pressure, able to demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly and deliver results when confronted with unexpected work demands
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Evidence of strong leadership skills and a successful track record of developing others through coaching, mentoring, motivating and training
Ability to manage, motivate and inspire people to embrace change
