QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields
  • 3 years of experience in HR processes (recruitment, performance evaluation, talent management, training and payroll)
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Law, payroll and all related critical administrative issues,
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with management and staff at all levels
  • Quality and achievement orientation, analytical thinking, communication and persuasion skills,
  • Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
  • Good team player with strong problem solving skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for all recruitment processes for employees,
  • Operating all HR processes such as performance and talent management, training; for all departments
  • Manage documentation for current and new hires: contracts, legal documentation, personal information
  • Collect and maintain day to day information to manage time sheet: clocking in and out, absences, sicknesses, attendances, leaves, work-related injuries
  • Support payroll processes
  • Taking role in Human Resource planning and budget preparation
  • Initiate, actively drive and support employee and organizational change management.
