Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields
3 years of experience in HR processes (recruitment, performance evaluation, talent management, training and payroll)
Strong knowledge of Labor Law, payroll and all related critical administrative issues,
Ability to maintain good working relationships with management and staff at all levels
Quality and achievement orientation, analytical thinking, communication and persuasion skills,
Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
Good team player with strong problem solving skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for all recruitment processes for employees,
Operating all HR processes such as performance and talent management, training; for all departments
Manage documentation for current and new hires: contracts, legal documentation, personal information
Collect and maintain day to day information to manage time sheet: clocking in and out, absences, sicknesses, attendances, leaves, work-related injuries
Support payroll processes
Taking role in Human Resource planning and budget preparation
Initiate, actively drive and support employee and organizational change management.
