We are looking for a "Human Resources Specialist" to join our Human Resources team!

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree from Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related fields,
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources,
Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
Following and adopting the market trends and new approaches,
Outside the box thinking ability,
Open to innovation culture,
Desire to learn and achieve targets,
Being open to communication is always our priority

JOB DESCRIPTION

Managing all recruitment processes; job postings, screening and short-listing candidates and making first candidate interviews
Coordinate onboarding and orientation program for new comers to ensure new comer adaptation & engagement
Taking an active role in HR projects by translating business requirements into effective practices, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
Thinking strategically regarding Organizational Structure, Competency & Development and Culture & Engagement continuously to improve the company standards
To support the management of human resources processes
