QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for dynamic members for our rapidly growing organization for our company;

The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills;

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields, master’s degree is a plus,
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR field in multinational companies,
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent English,
  • Experience in designing and executing ERP projects,
  • Knowledge of Labor and Social Security, Trade Unions and Collective Bargaining regulations,
  • Having comprehensive knowledge and experience in the field of grading systems, job evaluation, salary adjusments, headcount planning, payroll transactions, sales incentives and performance bonus systems, wage management and employee budgeting,
  • Enthusiasm for learning and self-development,
  • No travel restrictions,
  • Project management experience is a plus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Assisting in development and administration of compensation strategy and structure,
  • Analyzing different components of the compensation scheme in the organization and preparing reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness,
  • Preparing and analyzing market data comparison reports,
  • Preparing salary increase and bonus calculations,
  • Carries out the preparation/development of the appropriate infrastructure that will ensure the effectiveness of Human Resources Management systems,
  • Monitor Human Resource employee data in the HRIS databases for maintaining correct data which are used in various kinds of reports and determine development Supporting weekly, monthly and annual budget studies.
