QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum bachelor degree in related fields,
- At least 4 years of HR Business Partner experience,
- Experience as HR Generalist in every function of HR,
- Solid understanding of HR business operations,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be the first point of contact for employees regarding all HR processes,
- Responsible for all HR activities and operations for related accounts (recruitment, on-boarding, exit, employee engagement,performance and talent management, learning and development),
- Hands on management of end to end recruitment processes,
- Identify the business needs and align business strategies with HR strategies,
- Execute Labor Law issues and internal communication processes,
- Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer HR expertise and coaching on people issues, assist leaders to gain a better understanding of employees' needs and career aspirations.
