General Responsibilities
- Executing end-to-end recruitment cycle (onboarding, orientation, career management and offboarding) to ensure the right candidates for the business,
- Follow-up, track and evaluate company goals, technical and behavioral competencies under Performance Management System in coordination with project teams,
- Identify and implement development plans in order to support the employees under Talent Management and Career Planning procedures,
- Ensure the correct application of the Compensation & Benefit policies of the Group.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
- Min. 6 years of Human Resources experience with above mentioned responsibility areas,
- Excellent command of both verbal and written English,
- Advanced performance for MS Office programs,
- Strong organizational and communications skills,
- A ‘Can do attitude’, result-oriented, and resourceful mindset,
- Experience in working with remote teams in different locations and time zones.
