Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic partner and solution provider towards his/ her client regarding HR-related topics. S/he performs a fully integrated, comprehensive HR role with a focus on developing talent, providing HR advice and services in line with domain strategic objective. HRBP is also expected to propound ideas for improving the processes, be able to diagnose a problem, analyze options and make quick and effective decisions.
Responsibilities
· Provide consultancy and support regarding processes, company policies, promote the use of the HR tools
· Develop best practice and quality service delivery to internal clients and to ensure an aligned achievement of corporate objectives
· Inspire, coach and instill an ethos of business development
· Always work with a target to maximize efficiency of HR activities under continuous and constant co-operation with other teams in HR Group
· Be accountable for all risk and control matters related to the all HR activities such as HR compliance, Know Your Employee, Protection of Personal Info etc.
· Work in synergy with internal and external stakeholders as necessary
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or higher degree from a reputable university, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology or relevant area (MBA or Double Major is an additional asset)
· Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience (experience in Banking or FMCG sector is an additional asset)
· Fluency in English
· Critical thinking, attention to detail and accuracy of data
· Self-organizing capacity
· Strong communication skills
· Punctuality in performing tasks
· Proficiency in MS Office applications and other digital systems
