QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree in related disciplines
- Very good command of English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in core Human Resources areas; especially in recruitment, employee relations
- Experience in retail sector
- Active use of MS Office programs
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Demonstrated success as a team player
- Self motivated, able to multitask and result oriented
- Capable of working with flexible hours if necessary
- No travel restrictions
İŞ TANIMI
- Conduct the whole recruitment operation such as searching resumes via career portals, fulfilling phone interviews and organizing interviews
- Perform competency based face-to-face interviews and make reference checks, conduct assessment centers for related positions
- Analyze and report recruitment processes
- Fill vacant positions in accordance with the recruitment plan determined depending on operations departments’ requirements
- Follow up employee files and candidate interview documents
- Responsible for proper administration of personnel changes and personnel data (new hires, resignations, terminations, etc) in HR relevant systems
- Conduct exit interviews
- Take an active role in HR projects and contributing to the improvement of all HR activities and processes
