- Publish job advertisements via related local and international career portals
- Screen and filter job applications and provide a long list of the job vacancies
- Coordinate an interview organization for Headquarters and international countries when necessary
- Enter the related information of the candidates in the system and keep HR data updated
- Follow up employer branding operations including campus activities
- Support the project studentship/internships programs
- Actively playing role in all HR projects and activities
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant recruiting experience preferred
- Actively playing role in the recruitment process
- Experience with using online recruitment portals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong skills in MS Office programs
- Very good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Energy and positive attitude
- Desire to learn more about recruiting and human resources
