We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant Specialist:
- BS degree
- Additional HR training will be a plus
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- 0-2 years of experience in similar positions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs, HRIS systems. Presentation skill is plus
- Aptitude in problem-solving; desire to work as a team member with a result driven approach
- Strong interpersonal skills even under stressed environments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various tools
Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
