QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Human Resources Associate with the following qualifications:
- BA / BSc degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar departments,
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, covering at least two of the following areas:Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development ,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
- A good command of written and spoken English,
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
İŞ TANIMI
The incumbent will act as an Human Resources Associate for the related business line, and support HR lifecycle with the following responsibilities:
- Supporting Recruitment & Selection process,
- Taking role in Training & Development projects,
- Participation in various HR projects / assignments like Performance and Competency Management, Retention Projects, etc.
- Preparing periodic reports based on HR activities ,
- Execution of all onboarding activities,
