Qualifications;
- University degree in related departments,
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources,
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Advanced level of English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications.
Job Description;
- Contact candidates for set interviews, conduct phone interviews, interviews for stores and reference check,
- Updating job descriptions, posting job announcements,
- Following up agreement processes, preparing the contract and following up all the necessary employment document,
- Carry out data entries and maintain HR database records and take part in issues such as translation,
- Provide operational support to all HR functions.
