We are seeking for high potential candidates to be evaluated in our Human Resources Team with the following qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from reputable universities’ respective faculties (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economy etc.)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Result orientation with problem solving and analytical approach
  • Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal learning and development; act as a brand ambassador

Job Description

  • Acting as a single point of contact for the related departments on core Human Resources processes
  • Handling all recruitment activities such as screening applicants, evaluating applicant qualifications, preparing selection activities and conducting interviews
  • Developing and maintaining a positive employee relation environment
  • Building strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer HR expertise and coaching on people issues, assist leaders to gain a better understanding of employees' needs and career aspirations
  • Building strong individual and organizational relationships and interacting with all organizational levels of related departments
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal learning and development; act as a brand ambassador,
  • Understand expectations and demonstrate a personal accountability for keeping performance on track,
  • Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills.
