Danışmanlığını yaptığımız uluslararası bir firma için İdari İşler ve İnsan Kaynakları Asistanı aday arayışımız bulunmaktadır.
Administrative:
- Support operations and logistical services;
- Support office maintenance;
- Provide administrative support to company events
- Monitor office stationery supplies including maintenance of stock list of stationery, distribution of stationery as required by staff and keeping a log of distribution;
- Assist employees on official travel in accordance with Avery Dennison rules and regulations.
- Provide support on travel related issues to employees.
- Be the first point of contact for office employees related to personnel shuttles, travel agency, lunch card arrangements and other administrative topics.
Human Resources Duties:
- Support the HR department in the hiring process by screening the resumes of candidates and setting up and scheduling meetings for interviewees.
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Document and track human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
- Work with the HR department closely and perform the assigned duties related to the human resources process.
- Assist with employee activities and programs in fulfillment of duties.
- Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.
- Qualifications
- Holding a Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience as an administrative or human resources assistant is preferred.
- Good level of English both written and oral
- Excellent Communication and Customer Care Skills
- Ability to maintain Confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent Organisational Skills
