We are looking for a highly skilled “Recruiter” to gain the best talents in our fast growing company. This position is 6-month contract basis.The ideal candidate will be“recruitment and headhunting”focused and work closely with HRBP. The recruiter we are looking for should speak English, be good at researching and interviewing new candidates frequently.

Job Description:

  • Managing new recruitments plan in coordination with HR and Department Managers
  • Supporting HR for preparing Job descriptions and managing job posts in local and global job boards
  • Recruiting the best candidates fast and efficiently for the open positions during the project.
  • Preparing detailed candidate pool, long list and short list for each position
  • Performing pre-interview phone interviews and making competency-based interviews
  • Coordinating short listed candidates’ interviews with HR and the related Department Managers
  • Carrying out personality, language and competency tests
  • Preparing weekly recruitment reports
  • Headhunting for multiple requisitions when needed
  • Working closely with HR regarding reference check, offer letter, recruitment survey analysis etc.


Required Skills / Abilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology Social Sciences, Business Administration or similar degrees.
  • 3+of years Recruiter experience in a high-speed, high-growth environment will be a great asset (especially in prop-tech industry or headhunting/recruitment company)
  • Strong communication skills both in English and Turkish (English is a must for this role)
  • Understanding the start-up culture and willing to be part of a local supported global team
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing global environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
  • Strong organisation and planning skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Programs
