- Bachelor’s or associate's degree in related fields
- Minimum 2-years experience in human resources department
- Advanced level of English
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Having strong planning ve time management skills
- Having high reporting skills and analytical thinking
- To be prone to teamwork
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- For male candidates, military service should be completed
Main Responsibilities
- To effectively carry out basic HR processes, especially recruitment
- Editing and reporting personal files for employees
- To follow and implement HR laws and regulations
