QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To be employed within Human Resources Directorate, we are looking for a“HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST/ASSISTANT MANAGER, OVERSEAS” with the following qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or social fields, HR management or related field, and Industrial Engineering,
- Minimum 5 years or more HR experience as Generalist/BP, preferably experienced in a multinational company operates in overseas,
- Experience in managing expatriates recruiting, expat management processes and various employment laws is a must,
- Advance level of English is a must,
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management and outside international contacts,
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal as well as strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills,
- Passion to work in a team environment under changing & challenging working conditions,
- Very strong commitment to company & its regulations,
- No travel restriction,
- Possess strong coaching, counseling and conflict resolution skills,
- Analytical minded, result oriented and ability to work in a team,
- Good command of MS Office applications,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- Responsible for overseas expat operations of human resources management, including work and resident permit application processes, related cost analysis, weekly and monthly reports, market and consultant research, contract management,
- Follow-up overseas recruitment process of local and expat employees from interview to orientation process,
- Responsible of expatriate management and HR projects as needed across Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America to aid the growing organization and working closely with the line managers on resource planning & employee development,
- Being in coordination with functions and perform all necessary tasks in accordance with related laws and company employee regulations,
- Working as business partner with local managers and HR teams in order to coach and advise them on overseas operations,
- Conducting international assignments (salary calculation, offers, permits, reviews, repatriation etc.),
- Maintain HR HQ policies across offices and plants of existing countries and prepare preliminary research analyses for future countries,
- Prepare HR reports and analysis.
