QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Human Resources Generalist to join our growing organization and provide significant support to our operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for mainly recruitment, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, company policy and procedure adherence.
Your Key Responsibilities as an HR Generalist will include:
- Acting as HR generalist and first point of contact to internal customers
- Supports internal customers by communicating, informing and consulting regarding policies and standards and prepares information and documents for external authority.
- Oversees full-cycle of recruitment efforts , supporting Hr Manager for (end-to-end) recruitment process including job posting, Cv searchs, interview organizations, reference checks
- Takes full accountability of the area of recruitment, performance management, training and human resources polices
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to resruitment, onboarding, offboarding, disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; occupational health and safety; training and development.
- Assists to update HR policy and procedures in line with company strategy.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, annually KPI reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related area
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Generalist or in similar role, with full coverage of soft HR topics inluded recruitment, performance management, training compensation & benefit,
- Proud knowledge in headhunting
- Advanced level of English
- Open to work as a full backup for HR service lines,
- Eager to act for wide scope of area in group companies
- Hands-on recruitment experience especially experience of LinkedIn Recruiter will be advantage
- Good communicator, hard worker and an experienced multitasker in a fast-paced environment,
