QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The HR Specialist is responsible to support the HR Generalist for a particular client population.

Provide local HR advice and support in line with the broader HR policies and framework.

Providing support, advice and expertise on country terms and conditions, policies and procedures, employment legislation, data integrity, recruitment and selection, remuneration and reward.
Ensure local activities are closely coordinated and in agreement with the HR Generalist

In-country Human Resources Specialist to support business or function portfolio providing HR advice, coaching, counselling as a member of local business and knowledge of payroll.

Recruitment

· To display of job advertisements, conducting telephone interview and preparing candidate reports

· To conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

· To build short and long term recruiting pipelines and enhance the employment brand for blue collar and white collar through all channels (social media, career day etc.)

Business Partner

· To prepare monthly payroll activities of employee and controlling payroll.

· To develop onboarding process and execute orientation programs for new employees.

· To prepare written warning and communicate with employees

· To prepare weekly/monthly HR reports from database

· To prepare all HR reports for finance department

· To track Site Staff FTE targets

· To provide HR counselling service to business (Labour law, SGK)

· To visit sites to make HR audits and preparing audit reports

· To plan & track OSGB reports

· To follow up new site openings HR process

Personnel Administration

· Provide advice and respond to queries on all HR related topics.

· To follow up personal files

· To manage payroll and personnel affairs process

· To follow up all SGK process

· Following-up and controlling benefit-related and legal transactions

· Manage the administration of the starters and leavers processes including induction, employment contracts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills
  • Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
  • Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and applications
  • Ability to travel is required
  • Advance level of English
  • Adapts and leads through uncertainty
