If you,

• have bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or other related area
• have Min. 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Speacialist
• are self motivated and energetic
• have strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
• are result oriented and can work with KPI's
• are demonstrated ability to onboard new employees
• are proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• can make interviews in English

• No military obligation for male candidates

• Experience of Head Hunt,
• Experiaence of hiring software positions
  
• Overall understanding of the core HR processes and hands on HR experience in complex organizations is a plus
