The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop job postings, job descriptions and position requirements,
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, career platforms, internal candidates etc,
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including salary recommendations and closing of candidates,
- Follow up full cycle of recruitment steps such as case studies, reference checks etc.,
- Proceed the offer process by following approval processes, giving the offer and negotiating employment terms,
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices,
- Provide recruiting metrics to hiring managers.
QUALIFICATIONS
?
- Bachelor’s degree,
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Recruiter,
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc),
- Excellent command of both verbal and written English,
- Excellent MS Office skills,
- Able to create various candidate resource, detail-oriented and eager to learn,
- Having good planning, prioritizing, and organizing skills,
- Have strong analytical skills to measure candidates and follow the recruitment funnel accurately,
- Strong communication skills,
- Detail and result oriented,
- Team player.
