We are looking for a SENIOR RECRUTER to join our team,
JD
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end
- Partner with customers in order to gain a better understanding of their companies and industry, work culture and hiring needs
- Resource for top calibre candidates following client brief
- Generate new customers leads
- Prepare engaging adverts and wider candidate attraction methods
- Create research projects, based on gathering industry knowledge
PROFILE
- Solid work experience as a Recruiter with a high standard for delivery
- Business Development/Customer Service skills
- Time-management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
- Self-motivated, adaptable and decisive with a hands-on approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in both Turkish and English
- Confident and pleasant personality
