Talent is a strategic pillar and a key area to succeed with our business and strategy. We are now looking for a Temporary Talent Partner for 12 months to join our Talent & Learning team! In this role, you will work together with other motivated and experienced HR and business professionals in a rapidly growing business.

In your role you will support managers with recruitments for roles across our business and support with local Employer Branding activities. You will get a lot of responsibilities but also a lot of freedom to structure your days. Your background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience with full life-cycle recruitment as well as Employer Branding Activities in an internationally operating company.
  • Experience with interviewing, conducting personal inventory assessments and providing feedback.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Turkish.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, SAP is preferable.
  • Proactive, result oriented, self-motivated, customer focused, strong in teamwork and collaboration.
  • Completed military service for male applicants.

Your Responsibilities

  • Driving the entire end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate attraction, assessment & selection, interviewing, communicating and offering by actively partnering with the respective Hitachi Energy Businesses and HR team.
  • Defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing HR processes and procedures within area of functional responsibility in alignment with Hitachi Energy guidance, policies, and procedures.
  • Promoting Talent Acquisition activities within the businesses as well as ensuring career and development opportunities of our employees by searching within our internal Talent Pools.
  • Support in local employer branding and recruitment campaigns for Early Talent and Professionals from strategy and planning to activation.
  • Promote Hitachi Energy as an employer of choice in relevant forums (job fairs, student & professional events, social media)
  • Support in strengthening the collaboration with key universities.
  • Ensuring compliance with local legislation and HR policies and compliance standards within Talent Acquisition.
  • Actively managing Cost Budget in line with respective targets to ensure compliance.
  • Drive and support local as well as global projects to further develop the Talent Acquisition function.
