QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining close working relationships with both internal & external vendors to guarantee high quality and standard training delivery to satisfy the needs of the organization
  • Executing an efficient and proactive sourcing plan to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates for relevant functions and accounts
  • Handling all recruitment activities for related vacancies (creating the candidate pool, conducting competency based interviews, reference checking, feedback and reporting)
  • Maintaining a good relationship with hiring managers (Restaurant Operation Managers or Store Managers) in order to fill the vacancy with the right candidate in a timely manner
  • Working in close collaboration with HR Business Partners
  • Keeping the relevant databases and systems up to date, and producing ad hoc reports as needed
  • Executing an efficient and proactive sourcing plan to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates for relevant functions and accounts
  • Conducting new hire orientations and onboarding programs for both HQ and operation roles
  • Following up all changes & developments in F&B industry and convert them to new development opportunities for the company

Qualifications

  • You have a BA/BS degree in relevant fields
  • You ideally have min 3 years of progressive experience especially in recruitment processes
  • Recruitment experience in F&B and Retail industry will be an asset
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Fluency in English will be an asset
  • Result oriented, well organized and able to meet project deadlines
  • Quick learner with a practical mindset
  • Mature and confident approach to work with colleagues from all levels within the organization
  • Independent worker who can prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
