We are looking for new team member for our People & Culture team as People and Culture Business Partner (İstanbul Office) !

We carry out these activities, which have different dynamics and create value in an integrated manner, based on an efficient and flexible portfolio strategy, with a focus on operational excellence; We aim to create value for our partners, customers, employees, suppliers and society by utilizing opportunities in the sector. Also, we make significant contributions to sustainability with efficient and environmentally friendly power plants, carbon reduction through renewable energy-based generation, technology and efficiency-oriented investments, operations and social projects. We are located all over Turkey with our 21 different power plants.


Being People and Culture Business Partner in Enerjisa Üretim

What People and Culture Business Partners Do in Enerjisa Üretim?

  • Supporting Employee Experience Mentor and People & Culture Business Partner in the execution of the processes of workforce planning, Recruitment, Training Needs Analysis, Talent Management, explaining and implementing People & Culture products to employees.
  • Will take an active role in reviewing, improving and updating processes. (Business Analysis, process review studies, etc.)
  • Working together with the People & Culture teams and will take an active role in the development and implementation of new projects.
  • Acting as a bridge between the People & Culture teams and the employees, it will analyze the needs of the department and ensure the coordination to work in this direction


What are the qualifications of this role?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in management, social sciences or similar fields
  • P&C/HR Business Partner Background or 4 years of experience at least in People and Culture Department
  • Preferably able to use People & Culture applications such as hr-web,
  • Able to use MS Office programs effectively.
