We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team.
Job Description
- Hands on management of end to end recruitment processes.
- Coordinating employee onboarding processes.
- Being the first contact point for internal clients related with HR processes, systems and practices
- Building strong relationships with business managers
- Coordinating employee onboarding processes.
- Support employer branding, employee engagement projects
- Support in coordinating university relations and internship programs.
- Actively participates in HR projects.
- Ensures that all HR process are in accordance with the labor law, company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Graduated with a bachelor’s/master’s degree from related departments of universities
- 5 years of experience in HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent and career management)
- Proficient knowledge of Ms Office applications and data management skills,
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Dynamic and result-oriented.
