QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in Eskişehir, where we attract the best talent and help them to grow. The candidate will be responsible mainly for the execution of end-to-end operations for HR functions such as compensation & benefits, recruitment, terminations, onboarding, performance management, trainings and employment relations management related issues, relations with unions and audit.


In this role, you will be responsible for :

  • Partner with plant management to foster positive employee relations and communications at the facility
  • Manage overall HR practices and activities including recruiting, staffing, legal compliance, compensation, benefits and workers compensation
  • Drive strategic HR direction for facility
  • Effectively deliver HR services, programs and policies including all HR policies
  • Deliver effective HR programs in the areas of Compensation, Benefits, Organizational Development and Training including annual bonus plan, annual merit planning, performance management, succession planning, etc.
  • Build and foster strong working relationships with internal business partners resulting in strategic alignment and achievement of corporate and site-based goals and objectives
  • Coach and counsel plant management team about HR programs and issues
  • Advocate for employees while balancing the best interest of the company


To be able to successful in the role we are looking for:

  • University degree in relevant fields (Economics, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering etc.)
  • Six or more years of progressively responsible work experience related to Human Resources, with 2 years in an HR Business Partner role preferred
  • High communication skills, written and verbal to effectively address all levels
  • Strong stand-alone management skills required as well as the ability to influence Managers in Eskişehir plant in conflict resolution, compliance and decision making
  • Experience in leading an HR function in a manufacturing environment with a significant union workforce is required for this role
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written communication is a must
  • Professional knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Good knowledge of Labor Law
  • Ability to work under pressure and ambiguity, strong drive to create a positive work environment
