Qualifications:
· University degree preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or Labor Economics and Industrial Relations
· 5 years of experience in Human Resources
· A degree in an HR-related subject would be ideal with exposure to recruitment, ,training, compensation,benefits,employee and labor union relations
· Advanced level knowledge in MS Excel
· Good command of English
· Team management experience
· Hands-on experience with HRIS system
· Good communicator, teammate, dedicated and business-minded personality
· Proactive, Self-motivated and Self-starter with a positive approach
· Living in or willing to relocate to Gebze or İstanbul – Anatolian side
Job Description:
· You will work closely with Senior HR Manager and department managers on the subject of recruitment whilst prioritising and communicating hiring needs according to budgeted headcount.
· Performing the training and development activities such as training need analysis and training organizations
· Inputting, maintaining and updating confidential employee records in relevant data management systems
· Conducting psychometric and aptitude tests for blue-collar employees
· Screening applications and arranging interview schedules
· You will establish and implement corporate HR policies and procedures
· Assisting in the design and implementation of key HR processes and strategies
· Periodic Reports & KPI's( daily/montly/weekly)
· Responsible for internal and external audit process, reviewing programs and policies for compliance with employment laws, understand best practices and recommend modifications if appropriate,
