Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities and a related discipline,
Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Generalist, preferably in textile sector,
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws,
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish,
Having good level of MS Office skills,
Result-oriented and strong analytical thinking skills
Good command of time management and prioritisation

JOB DESCRIPTION
Full scope of HR tasks including supporting payroll & personnel administration process, employee development, talent management, recruitment projects, training, career management and HR reporting.
Managing payroll process with the consulting company while preparing related data and reports
Responsible for coordinating and implementing performance management system
Responsible for recruiting; Identifying, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing suitable candidates to create added value for the company
Collaborating with the managers to understand the business needs
Creating training programs according to the teams’ needs.
Creating projects for increasing internal customer’s job satisfaction and organisational commitment
