QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities and a related discipline,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Generalist, preferably in textile sector,
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish,
  • Having good level of MS Office skills,
  • Result-oriented and strong analytical thinking skills
  • Good command of time management and prioritisation
  • No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Full scope of HR tasks including supporting payroll & personnel administration process, employee development, talent management, recruitment projects, training, career management and HR reporting.
  • Managing payroll process with the consulting company while preparing related data and reports
  • Responsible for coordinating and implementing performance management system
  • Responsible for recruiting; Identifying, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing suitable candidates to create added value for the company
  • Collaborating with the managers to understand the business needs
  • Creating training programs according to the teams’ needs.
  • Creating projects for increasing internal customer’s job satisfaction and organisational commitment
  • Reporting all processes to the General Manager.
