General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree in related area
  • 3-4 years professional experience
  • Have advanced knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Having advanced analysis competence, presentation skills, process and system perspective
  • Able to work as a team player progress with a cooperation perspective
  • Able to work with solution and goal oriented
  • Taking initiative and decision making skills

Job Description:

  • Determining the right Human Resources software systems in line with the needs of the organization and carrying out studies for the digitization of processes,
  • Ensuring the improvement of the employee analytics project in line with company objectives (data quality, inter-system integration, dashboard designs, etc.),
  • Ensuring continuous analysis of the employee analytics project to support the organization's decision-making mechanism, monitoring the actions and results with the relevant units,
  • Developing and improving recruitment processes and systems, taking into account the candidate's experience and internal customer satisfaction,
  • Supporting the creation of KPIs to achieve digitalization and optimization goals and monitoring these processes,
  • Carrying out market research on the improvement of the systems and processes for which it is responsible, and following the relevant technologies.
